- t baking powder - 1/4 item
- t salt - 1/2 item
- c heavy cream - 1/4 item
- T butter or margarine - 2 item
- T flour - 2 item
- pinch black pepper - 1 item
- T green onions, sliced - 2 item
- 1-14 3/4 oz can salmon, drained, skinned and boned
How to make salmon cakes:
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add all ingredients except butter and salmon. Mix well. Flake salmon into mixture and stir until blended. Melt butter in skillet.
