  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • egg yolks - 4 item
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • margarine - 1 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
  • egg whites, whipped - 4 item
  • white chocolate, melted over hot water - 1/4 lb

How to make white chocolate cake:

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Cream butter; add sugar and vanilla. Add egg yolks and melted chocolate. Alternate the flour, buttermilk, nuts and coconut. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in three 9-inch pans or oblong pan at 350° for about 45 minutes or until done. Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
