Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- walnuts, chopped - 2 c
How to make walnut balls:
Cream butter in large bowl with mixer. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Sift in flour. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Form into balls the size of a quarter. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. When done, roll in confectioners sugar. Store in airtight container. Yield: 60 to 65 pieces.Recipe categories: Fruit, Main dish, Nuts.
