  • vanilla - 1 tsp

  • butter - 1 Tbsp

  • confectioners sugar - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salad oil - 2/3 c
  • finely shredded carrots - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple in syrup - 1/2 c

How to make carrot-pineapple cake:

Frosting:1/3 pkg. cream cheese1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. confectioners sugar Mix all cake ingredients together; stir until moistened, beating 2 to 3 minutes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

Frosting: Beat all ingredients together until light and fluffy. Ice cake when cool.
