- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item

- flour
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 2/3 c
- finely shredded carrots - 1 c
- crushed pineapple in syrup - 1/2 c
How to make carrot-pineapple cake:
Frosting:1/3 pkg. cream cheese1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. confectioners sugar Mix all cake ingredients together; stir until moistened, beating 2 to 3 minutes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Frosting: Beat all ingredients together until light and fluffy. Ice cake when cool.
