  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • flour
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salad oil - 1/3 c
  • cold water - 1 c

How to make wacky cake:

Sift sugar, cocoa, flour and soda into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan, then add remaining ingredients. Stir well in pan until free from lumps. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
