cups water - 2 item
cup hot water - 1/2 item
cup sugar - 1/2 item
tbsp salad oil - 11 item
tsp vinegar - 2 item
tsp vanilla - 2 item
cups sugar - 2 item
cups flour - 3 item
tbsp cocoa - 6 item
Icing:1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp butter - 1 item

How to make wacky cake:

Icing:1 1/2 tbsp corn starch1 tbsp cocoa1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 tbsp butter1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup hot water Mix dry ingredients well, then make 3 holes. Put vinegar, vanilla and salad oil in the holes. Over all this add cups of water. Mix real well Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan combine corn starch, cocoa and sugar, add 1/2 cup of hot water, gradually, then let it thicken. Remove from stove, add butter and vanilla. Enjoy.
