Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 c
• flour
• cold water - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• salad oil - 6 Tbsp

How to make wacky cake:

Stir together sugar, cocoa and salt. Add and mix remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Very moist!
