- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- jelly or preserves - 1/2 c
- cake batter as directed - 1 item
How to make victoria sandwich:
Bake cake in layers as directed. Split one layer in half to make 2 layers. Fill with 1/2 cup jelly or preserves. Top with remaining half layer and sift confectioners sugar over top. Serve in wedges. Use other layer for another dessert.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
