Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/4 item
- rum - 1/2 c
- pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- Spray Bundt pan with Pam
- small box vanilla pudding - 1 item
- box yellow or chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make rum cake:
Mix together except nuts. Spray Bundt pan with Pam. Put chopped nuts in bottom of pan, then add cake mix. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Let cool to warm, then flip from pan. Poke holes in cake with a skewer.Icing:1/4 c. rum1/4 stick butter1/4 c. water1/2 c. sugar Bring to boil, then simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
