Butterscotch delight

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• confectioners sugar - 1 c
• nuts - 1 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 1/2 c

How to make butterscotch delight:

Mix the first 3 ingredients and bake 15 minutes at 350°. Mix the remaining ingredients together; spread over cooled baked mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
