Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- carrots, chopped - 2 item
- stalks celery, cut up - 3 item
- potatoes, chopped - 3 item
- deer meat, cut in cubes - 2 lb
How to make venison stew:
Salt and pepper meat; brown in butter. Add all ingredients to crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 9 to 12 hours. Serve over noodles.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Stew.
