- salt - 4 oz
- ginger - 1/2 oz
- pepper - 1 oz
- sage - 1/2 oz
- ground venison - 2/3 item
- ground smoked bacon ends - 1/3 item
How to make venison sausage:
Be sure the fat, ligaments and tissues are all trimmed from the venison. Use the amount of seasonings listed for 10 pounds of the meat mixture. Mix all thoroughly. Make into patties for frying or into rolls for use. This freezes nicely.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Wild game, Deer.
