Garlic grits casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- roll garlic cheese - 1 item
- grits - 1 c
- grated sharp Cheddar or Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make garlic grits casserole:
Cook grits as instructed on package. Cut butter and garlic cheese into cooked grits. Add milk, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle top with selected grated cheese and bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle cheese with a little additional paprika.
