Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- mayo - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- buttermilk dressing mix Hidden Valley - 1 pkg
- raw veggies, chopped - 3 c
How to make veggie pizza:
Spread and press together crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch pan. (May do small square pan for sampling also.) Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.Mix mayo, cream cheese and buttermilk dressing mix, then spread over crust. Sprinkle with the chopped veggies. Pretty with carrots, broccoli and green pepper! (Or use celery, cucumber, red or yellow bell peppers, cauliflower, etc.)
Top with shredded cheese and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 2-inch squares to serve.
