Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 2/3 c
- finely crushed corn chips - 1/3 c
- 56 oz
- each: red wine and soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
How to make happy hour mushrooms:
Brush mushroom caps with melted butter. Combine softened butter, garlic and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well. Add toasted onion dip mix and corn chips. Stir in red wine and soy sauce. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place on baking sheet; broil until bubbly and lightly browned, about 3 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
