Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- mayo - 3/4 c
- dry Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- red pepper, chopped - 3/4 c
- cauliflower, chopped - 3/4 c
- fresh broccoli, chopped - 3/4 c
- bunch scallions, chopped - 1 item
- or 4 carrots, chopped - 3 item
How to make veggie pizza:
Pat crescent rolls on cookie sheet; do not stretch. Pinch edges together to form a crust. Bake according to package directions; cool. Mix mayo, cream cheese and Ranch dressing together. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of baked rolls. Press veggies lightly into cheese. Chill. Cut into bite-size pieces.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pizza.
