Fresh vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1 c
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- sliced black olives - 1 c
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- cauliflower, chopped - 1 c
- broccoli, chopped - 1 c
How to make fresh vegetable pizza:
Press crescent rolls together on baking dish. Bake as directed on package. Cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix. After crust has cooled, spread cream cheese mixture on crust. Mix together vegetables and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and press down. Chill. Cut into bite size pieces.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pizza.
