Ingredients/Components
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix
How to make veggie casserole:
Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into 2-quart baking dish. Melt margarine; add stuffing mix. Stir to mix. Sprinkle on top of veggies. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
