Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- tomato juice - 1 qt
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- diced potatoes - 3 c
- sliced okra - 1 c
- cooked macaroni - 1/2 c
- parsley dried - 1 Tbsp
- cooked stew beef - 1 lb
- cans stewed tomatoes, mashed or sauce - 2 oz
How to make vegetable soup:
Cook on low heat for 2 hours. Add potatoes last 45 minutes. Add macaroni as served.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
