Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 bouillon
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- additional water - 4 c
- frozen soup vegetables - 1 pkg
- or 5 English cut beef ribs - 4 item
- can stewed tomatoes Mexican style or Ro-Tel - 1 item
- or 4 potatoes, cut up - 3 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Brown beef ribs. Add frozen soup vegetables, stewed tomatoes, chopped onion, beef bouillon cube dissolved in water and 4 additional cups of water to soup. Cook until meat is tender. Add cut up potatoes. Cook another 30 minutes. Add more water as needed while cooking.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
