  • carrots - 2 lb
  • cabbage - 2 to
  • onions - 2 item
  • bunch celery - 1 item
  • cans V-8 juice - 2 item
  • beef paste - 2 Tbsp
  • mixed vegetables with juice - 1 gal
  • large box potatoes - 1 item

How to make vegetable soup:

Heat beef paste and water. Add vegetables. When vegetables are about done, add potatoes. (Soak in water or if you put in dry, add extra liquid.) Simmer until done. Makes 3 gallons for soup.
