- water - 1 gal
- carrots - 2 lb
- cabbage - 2 to
- onions - 2 item
- bunch celery - 1 item
- cans V-8 juice - 2 item
- beef paste - 2 Tbsp
- mixed vegetables with juice - 1 gal
- large box potatoes - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Heat beef paste and water. Add vegetables. When vegetables are about done, add potatoes. (Soak in water or if you put in dry, add extra liquid.) Simmer until done. Makes 3 gallons for soup.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
