Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can green beans - 1 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
- can potato soup - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Brown ground beef and drain fat. In large pot, add 2 cans of tomato sauce, vegetables (drained), green beans (drained) and can of potato soup (leftover potatoes or instant potatoes may be used) and ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Add water as needed. Serving for 8.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
