Vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 6 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- sliced carrots - 3/4 c
- celery, chopped - 3/4 c
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- head cabbage - 1/3 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- stew meat
- small can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- medium onions, quartered - 2 item
- small can sweet peas - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat about 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Time of preparation: 4 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
