Ingredients/Components
- salt
- water - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- tapioca - 3 tsp
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- medium diced onion - 1 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- stew meat - 1 lb
- slice bread, cubed - 1 item
- small carrots - 6 item
How to make oven stew:
Cut carrots in pieces and combine all ingredients. Do not brown meat. Put in a 3-quart casserole. Bake covered in a 325° oven for 3 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
