  • water - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • tapioca - 3 tsp
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • medium diced onion - 1 item
  • medium potatoes, cubed - 3 item
  • stew meat - 1 lb
  • slice bread, cubed - 1 item
  • small carrots - 6 item

How to make oven stew:

Cut carrots in pieces and combine all ingredients. Do not brown meat. Put in a 3-quart casserole. Bake covered in a 325° oven for 3 hours.
