Ingredients/Components
- water
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- head cabbage, shredded - 1/8 item
- potatoes, cubed
- canned tomatoes - 1 c
- carrots, thinly sliced - 2 item
- large stalks celery, sliced - 3 item
- beef, chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes - 2 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Bring water to a boil and add bouillon cubes, garlic powder and pepper. Add onions, celery, carrots and cabbage. Boil gently and add potatoes. Continue to boil until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes. Cook gently just until heated through.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
