Ingredients/Components
- water - 4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- carrots, sliced - 3 item
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- green beans - 2 c
- lima beans - 2 c
- V-8 juice - 4 c
- potatoes, chopped - 2 item
- beef or chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- squash, diced - 1 item
- peas or pork and beans - 2 c
How to make vegetable soup:
Combine bouillon cubes, water, onion, carrots, squash, celery, potatoes and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add V-8 juice and beans. Simmer for 30 minutes.
