Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- can green peas LeSueur brand - 1 item
- Add chopped vegetables; combine
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain canned vegetables and pimento. Add chopped vegetables; combine.Dressing:1/2 c. vegetable oil1/2 c. vinegar1 c. sugar salt and pepper to taste Boil the ingredients. Cool; pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
