Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • 7-Up - 2 c
  • boxes lemon Jell-O - 2 item

How to make 7-up salad:

Topping:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour1 egg, slightly beaten1/4 c. sugar1 c. pineapple juice Mix Jell-O and boiling water. Let cool. Add 7-Up. Fold in marshmallows and pineapple. Place in refrigerator until set. Combine butter, flour, egg, sugar and pineapple juice. Cook until mixture thickens and let set until cool. Fold in whipped cream or Dream Whip. Spread the cold topping over the Jell-O. Grate cream cheese over this and sprinkle with nuts. Cream cheese can be grated easily if frozen.
