Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 pt
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- apricot juice - 1/2 c
- large can apricot halves, drained and mashed save juice - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained and mashed save juice - 1 item
- marshmallows, cut into pieces or 100 mini marshmallows - 10 item
- combine juices - 1 c
How to make apricot salad:
Put ingredients, except Cool Whip, in a pot; stir and cook until thick. Let cool. Add the Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Spread over the layer of set jello. Garnish with grated Cheddar Cheese.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
