Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 3/4 c
- each pkg - 2 oz
- mayonnaise not salad dressing - 1 c
- cans crescent dinner rolls - 2 item
- Hidden Valley Ranch original party dip mix - 1 pkg
- each: chopped cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions, green peppers or other vegetables of choice - 3/4 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
Preheat oven to 375°. Place crescent roll dough in bottom of an ungreased pizza pan. Press to seal edges together. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dip mix; blend well and spread over cooled crust. Top cream cheese layer with cheese. Combine vegetables and sprinkle over cheese.
Note: May use a rectangular sheath pan and cut into squares.
