Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- grated cheese - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 1 item
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- Ranch dressing mix
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- broccoli, finely chopped - 1 item
- cauliflower, finely chopped - 1 item
- whatever you like - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Press crescent rolls on cookie or pizza sheet. Press seams together to form crust. Bake at 350° until lightly browned. Cool completely.Cream Ranch dressing mix. Soften cheese and Miracle Whip and spread over cooled crust. Arrange veggies over crust and top with grated cheese. Cut in pieces and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
For veggies, you can use red or green pepper, ripe olives, green onions, mushrooms or whatever you wish or have on hand.
