Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- cans 8 rolls in each refrigerated crescent rolls - 2 item
- dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing original flavor - 4 Tbsp
- vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, radishes, olives or any favorite - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Remove rolls from containers and unroll to form strips. Place lengthwise on a cookie sheet and pat to form pizza crust. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. Cool 15 minutes.Blend sour cream, dry dressing mix and dill weed. Spread on top of cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over sour cream mixture. Add cheese for last layer. Cut and serve.
