Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- prepared horseradish - 1 2
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- fresh mushrooms, chopped - 2 c
- chopped seeded tomatoes - 1 c
- small broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- cans Pillsbury refrigerator crescent rolls - 2 oz
How to make vegetable pizza:
Heat oven to 375°. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan; press over bottom and 1-inch up the sides to form a crust. Bake 14 to 19 minutes until golden brown. Cool. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and horseradish and blend until smooth. Spread evenly over cool crust.
