Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 36 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • almonds, slivered - 1/2 c
  • can whole kernel white corn, drained - 1 oz
  • can French-cut beans, drained - 1 oz

How to make vegetable casserole:

Mix beans, corn, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased pan. Mix soup, cheese, onion and sour cream; pour over vegetables. Add butter, crackers and almonds on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
