Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 36 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- almonds, slivered - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel white corn, drained - 1 oz
- can French-cut beans, drained - 1 oz
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix beans, corn, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased pan. Mix soup, cheese, onion and sour cream; pour over vegetables. Add butter, crackers and almonds on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
