Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 3/4 c
- Pepper to taste
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- can white corn - 1 item
- can French-cut beans - 1 item
- about 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
How to make vegetable casserole:
Combine in casserole bowl. Pepper to taste. Add topping.Topping:1/2 stick butter, melted about 15 Ritz crackers, crushed3/4 c. slivered almonds Melt butter; stir in crackers and almonds. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
