Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- to 1 stick margarine, softened - 3/4 item
- stack saltine crackers, crushed - 1 item
- cans mixed vegetables Veg-All, drained - 2 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix together first 5 ingredients and spoon into a greased casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers with margarine, mix well and put on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until slightly bubbly and crisp. Serves 6 to 8. Recipe can be halved.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
