Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo - 1 item
- tube Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- frozen mixed vegetables 20 oz
- Velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed - 1 lb
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables in microwave as directed on package. Melt margarine. Stir in crackers and put aside. Grease a 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Put in vegetables. Add cheese on top and sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
