Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained - 2 oz
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- tube Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
- small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine. Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish. Mix crackers with margarine. Sprinkle on top of vegetables. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
