Veal cutlets
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Mazola oil - 1 item
- grated Romano or Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- or 2 eggs, beaten - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced fine - 1/2 item
- veal cutlets, sliced thin - 1 lb
How to make veal cutlets:
Use your favorite sauce. Pour some in bottom of baking dish; add veal cutlets and pour remainder of tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and about 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Veal.
