Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • mushroom soup - 1 c
  • mashed potatoes - 2 c
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • shredded cheese - 1/4 c

How to make meat and potato pie:

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasoning. Press firmly into a greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Serves 6.
