Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- barley - 3 Tbsp
- dried parsley
- uncooked rice - 3 Tbsp
- 1/2 stalks celery, chopped - 1 item
- carrot, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
How to make turkey soup:
Break up turkey carcass and simmer 1 hour in 6 cups water. Allow to cool. Pick turkey meat from bones and return to broth.Add ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Add more water or stock if soup seems to be too thick.
