Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • barley - 3 Tbsp
  • dried parsley
  • uncooked rice - 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 stalks celery, chopped - 1 item
  • carrot, chopped - 1 item
  • can cream of potato soup - 1 item

How to make turkey soup:

Break up turkey carcass and simmer 1 hour in 6 cups water. Allow to cool. Pick turkey meat from bones and return to broth.

Add ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Add more water or stock if soup seems to be too thick.
