Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- oregano - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- frozen corn - 1 c
- corn tortillas - 6 item
- can chicken broth, strained - 1 3/4
- can concentrated crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
How to make tortilla soup:
Fifteen minutes before you serve, heat tortillas in a 325° oven until crisp. In a soup pot, saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Stir in chili powder and oregano.
