Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- oregano to taste - 1 item
- cans mixed vegetables - 2 item
- cans beef broth - 2 item
- dry egg noodles - 1 c
- cans Italian style tomatoes - 2 item
How to make beef soup:
Brown beef with onion and drain. Add vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add noodles. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve.Recipe categories: Low fat, Soups & stews, Stocks.
