Turkey crunch
Ingredients/Components
- cooked and diced turkey - 3 c
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 2 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- chow mein noodles - 1 item
How to make turkey crunch:
Mix first 6 ingredients together (you may also use chicken in the place of turkey). Stir soup and mayonnaise together. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, Turkey.
