Turkey burgers
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 Tbsp
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- fine bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 c
- chuck roast - 3 lb
- can diced green chilies - 1 oz
- small potatoes - 8 item
- red taco sauce - 1 Tbsp
- carrots, cut crosswise - 8 item
How to make turkey burgers:
Note: Amount of ingredients may be adjusted according to the size of the roast.Line a roasting pan with a large piece of foil. Place beef in pan. Mix soup together and spread on beef. Add vegetables and sprinkle with water. Fold foil over meat and vegetables and seal. Roast in a 300° oven for 4 hours. Skim off fat and make a gravy in juices. Serves 8.
