Tuna patties
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- can tuna, drained - 1 oz
- Stove Top stuffing in canister - 2 c
How to make tuna patties:
Combine 1/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cup soup and eggs. Mix well. Add stuffing mix and tuna. Mix lightly. Shape into 4 to 8 patties. Heat margarine in large skillet. Brown patties.Heat remaining soup and 1/3 cup milk in small saucepan. Serve as sauce over patties. Sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with lettuce, cucumber, onion and lemon wedges.
