Ingredients/Components
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/2 1
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small zucchini 6 to 8-inches long - 4 item
How to make stuffed zucchini boats:
Wash zucchini. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Fill with shredded Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Broil until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Chicken, Main dish.
