Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- small can green chilies, chopped - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce hot or mild - 1 item
- corn tortillas 10 to 12 per pkg - 1 pkg
How to make tortilla casserole:
Saut?© meat and onion. Add peppers, soups and enchilada sauce. Place a little sauce in the bottom of baking dish. Layer tortillas, sauce and cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, usually 3 layers. Cover with tinfoil and bake about 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
