Tomatoes vinaigrette
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- large tomatoes - 4 item
- minced fresh basil or 1/2 tsp
- additional chopped fresh parsley optional - 1 item
How to make tomatoes vinaigrette:
Slice tomatoes; place in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons parsley. Combine next 6 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over tomatoes. Chill 3 hours.
