Tomatoes vinaigrette
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- medium tomatoes - 4 item
- red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- fresh basil leaves, shredded - 10 item
- sprig of fresh basil - 1 item
How to make tomatoes vinaigrette:
Slice tomatoes and arrange on a serving dish. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, salt, pepper and onion. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Drizzle vinaigrette over tomatoes and sprinkle on shredded basil. Garnish with sprig of basil.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Tomato.
